OSCATOWN ART CLUB - Monster Card Game

This week I had the idea of a Monster Card Game, so I printed out a lot of blank Monster Cards and asked my kids to sketch out some Monster ideas in their sketch books. Then we copied the ideas onto the cards beautifully, and on the back of each card worked out their properties by rolling 2 dice.

After we had coloured and named our cards we played the game in pairs. 

The winner is the person with the highest points for each category, chosen by spinning the wheel...

Great fun, the kids LOVED it !!!

OSCATOWN ART CLUB - My Face in Clay

This week we made our own faces out of 'paper clay'...very messy but great fun and the results are fantastic (with accessories of course ;) )

OSCATOWN ART CLUB - Dots

This week I wanted to give the kids an imagination challenge...

We drew (or stabbed!!) lots of dots onto pieces of paper, then looked at the dots to try to see images in them. Then we joined up the dots to make the pictures...

As usual the final images are great, the kiddies are full of ideas...superb!!
